BY ENTERING THIS PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND LEVELWEAR. YOU ARE ADVISED TO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING.
1 ADMINISTRATOR: The Levelwear Win Your Wishlist Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is administered by Levelwear Inc., 66 West Beaver Creek Road, L4B 1G5, Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada (the “Administrator”) (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”).
2 ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to persons who are: (i) legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon), the United States (excluding Alaska, Georgia, Hawaii, Rhode Island) or Washinbgton D.C., (ii) have reached the age of majority in the individual’s jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry, and (iii) have the legal right to enter the Promotion (each, a “Participant”).
Any attempt or suspected attempt to use robotic, automatic, programmed or otherwise illicit means to enter the Promotion, or any other methods not authorized by these official rules (“Official Rules”), for example, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts, identities, or registrations, all in the Administrator’s sole discretion, shall be deemed as tampering and may disqualify you from entering, participating and/or winning a Prize (defined below).
Employees of Promotion Entities, its parent, related and affiliated companies, subsidiaries, departments or agencies, franchisees, suppliers, advertising and promotional agencies, contest administrators or judges, and any other parties engaged in the development, production or distribution of Promotion materials, and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter the Promotion. By participating in this Promotion, Participants acknowledge compliance with, and agree to be bound by, these Official Rules. Participants who do not comply with any of the Official Rules are subject to disqualification by the Administrator, in Administrator’s sole discretion. All federal, provincial, state, municipal and local laws and regulations apply.
3 VERIFICATION: Administrator shall have the right at any time to require proof of identity and/or eligibility to participate in the Promotion. Failure to provide such proof may result in disqualification. All personal and other information requested by and supplied to Administrator for the purpose of the Promotion must be truthful, complete, accurate and in no way misleading. Administrator reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any Participant should such Participant at any stage supply information that does not meet these requirements.
4 PROMOTION DATES AND TIMES: The Promotion begins on March 20, 2026 at 1PM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on April 9th, 2026 at 11:59PM ET (the “Promotion Period”), after which time the Promotion will be closed and no further entries will be accepted. Participation in the Promotion does not constitute participation in any other promotion, contest, giveaway or sweepstakes.
5 HOW TO ENTER: No purchase is necessary to enter the Promotion or to win a Prize. You can enter the Promotion by visiting Levelwear’s website (https://www.levelwear.com), adding items to your wishlist, inputting the requested details and submitting the fully completed entry form on the Win Your Wishlist page. Limit of one (1) entry per person. In the case of multiple entries, only the first eligible entry will be considered and the remainder will be void.
The computer and website of Administrator is the official time and record keeping device of the Promotion. Other proof of submitting or attempting to submit an entry (such as, without limitation, a screenshot of your purported entry) does not constitute proof of actual receipt of the entry for purposes of this Promotion. Purported entries that are received outside the Promotion Period (all as determined by Administrator in its sole discretion) will be void.
6 PRIZE: There will be one (1) prize (“Prize”) awarded, consisting of the Levelwear apparel included in your submitted wishlist up to a maximum retail value of USD $1000.
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is up to USD $1,000 or approximately USD $730.
ARV of the Prize may vary depending on location of the Winner’s (defined below) residence, market conditions, changes in value of components and other reasons. Administrator is not responsible for and Winner will not receive the difference between the actual value of the Prize at the time of award and the stated ARV in these Official Rules or in any Promotion-related correspondence or materials.
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prize are solely the responsibility of the Winner. The Winner may be issued a 1099 and related tax forms for the actual value of the Prize.
The Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Administrator reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a Prize described in these Official Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of the Prize in these Official Rules and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt, and use of all or any portion of the awarded Prize are solely the responsibility of the respective Winner. The Winner takes the Prize entirely at their own risk and indemnifies the Promotion Entities in respect of any claim for accident, injury or property damage that may occur in connection with the Prize.
7 ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
8 PRIZE DRAW: The prize draw will take place on April 10th, 2026 at 1PM ET at 66 West Beaver Creek Road, L4B 1G5, Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada (“Draw Date”). The Administrator, or an employee, agent or other representative of the Administrator, will conduct a random computer generated draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period and select the potential winner (“Selected Entrant”).
The Selected Entrant will be notified in writing within Three (3) business days of the Draw Date using the details listed on the Selected Entrant’s entry form provided at the time of entry (“Notice Date”). Before being declared the confirmed winner of the Promotion (“Winner”), the Selected Entrant must: (i) if a resident of Canada, correctly answer the Administrator’s skill-testing math question without mechanical or other aid; (ii) sign and return the Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release form (“Winner Release”) within Three (3) business days of the Notice Date; and (iii) comply with all other Official Rules in order to win the Prize.
If a Selected Entrant fails to correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question (if a Canadian resident); fails to return the properly executed Winner Release within the specified time; and/or cannot or is, for any reason unable to, accept the Prize as awarded for any reason; then he/she will be disqualified (and will forfeit all rights to the applicable Prize) and Administrator reserves the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to randomly select an alternate eligible entrant from among the remaining eligible entries (in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such new selected entrant).
9 PERSONAL INFORMATION: By entering the Promotion, Participant consents to the collection, use and distribution of their personal information (information that identifies a Participant as an individual, such as telephone number and address) by Administrator for the purposes of implementing, administering and fulfilling this Promotion. Administrator will only use or disclose the personal information of a Participant for the specific purposes for which it was collected, including but not limited to the administration of the Promotion and/or Prize, unless required by law. These Official Rules are deemed to incorporate Administrator’s privacy policy and, by entering the Promotion, Participants accept the terms and conditions of the Administrator’s privacy policy. 10 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: By entering the Promotion, Participant acknowledges that the Administrator and Promotion Entities shall remain the exclusive owner(s) in their respective intellectual property rights. No right, title, interest, or license in or to the Administrator’s and Promotion Entities’ intellectual property are granted to the Participant in connection with the Promotion.
11 GOVERNING LAW: This Promotion shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the province of Ontario, including all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, rights and obligations between Participants and the Administrator, and procedural provisions, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any dispute shall be adjudicated by the courts sitting in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
12 RULE AMENDMENTS: Administrator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend or modify these Official Rules, or modify, cancel, suspend or reschedule this Promotion, without prior notice for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation in the event that any cause beyond the reasonable control of Administrator corrupts, or threatens to corrupt, the security or proper administration of the Promotion.
13 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: EACH PARTICIPANT AGREES TO RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS, AND INDEMNIFY EACH OF THE PROMOTION ENTITIES FROM AND AGAINST ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR INJURIES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND SUSTAINED IN CONNECTION WITH THE ACCEPTANCE, USE, MISUSE, OR AWARDING OF THE PRIZE OR WHILE PREPARING FOR, PARTICIPATING IN, AND/OR TRAVELING TO OR FROM ANY PROMOTION-RELATED ACTIVITY INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY INJURY, DAMAGE, LOSS, DEATH OR ACCIDENT TO OR OF PERSON OR PROPERTY. WINNER AGREES THAT THE PRIZE IS PROVIDED AS-IS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, WHETHER NOW KNOWN OR HEREINAFTER ENACTED, RELATIVE TO THE USE OR ENJOYMENT OF THE PRIZE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ITS QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. FURTHER, WINNER AGREES THAT THE PROMOTION ENTITIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IN ANY WAY FOR ANY ADDITIONAL EXPENSES, OMISSIONS, DELAYS, OR RE-ROUTING RESULTING FROM ANY ACTS OF ANY GOVERNMENT OR AUTHORITY. WINNER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HE/SHE IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACTIONS, CLAIMS, OR LIABILITIES OF HIS/HER GUEST RELATED TO ANY PROMOTION-RELATED ACTIVITY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY ACTIONS, CLAIMS OR LIABILITIES RELATED TO GUEST’S USE OF THE PRIZE.
14 ADDITIONAL DISCLAIMERS: Promotion Entities are not responsible and/or liable for any of the following, whether caused by a Promotion Entity, the Participant, or by human error: entries that are submitted by illegitimate means (such as, without limitation, by an automated computer program) or entries in excess of any stated limit; any lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, garbled, mutilated, or misdirected entries, email, mail, or Promotion-related correspondence or materials or postage-due mail; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in transmission or communication; viruses or technical or mechanical malfunctions; interrupted or unavailable cable or satellite systems; errors, typos, or misprints in these Official Rules, in any Promotion-related advertisements, or other materials; failures of electronic equipment, computer hardware, or software; lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications or entry information. Promotion Entities are not responsible for electronic communications that are undeliverable or do not reach Participant, including Selected Entrant, as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any, or insufficient space in a Participant’s email or voice mail inbox to receive messages. Without limiting any other provision in these Official Rules, Promotion Entities are not responsible or liable to any Participant, Selected Entrant or Winner (or any person claiming through such Participant, Selected Entrant or Winner) for failure to supply the Prize or any part thereof in the event that any of the Promotion activities or Promotion Entities’ operations or activities are affected by any cause or event beyond the sole and reasonable control of the applicable Promotion Entity (as determined by Administrator in its sole discretion), including, without limitation, by reason of any acts of God, equipment failure, threatened or actual terrorist acts, air raid, act of public enemy, war (declared or undeclared), civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, epidemic, fire, explosion, earthquake, flood, hurricane, unusually severe weather, blackout, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, any law, rule, regulation, action, order, or request adopted, taken, or made by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not such governmental act proves to be invalid), or any other cause, whether or not specifically mentioned above.
15 RULES: These Rules are available at Levelwear “Win Your Wishlist” Giveaway Official Rules – Levelwear or by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to “Levelwear Win Your Wishlist Giveaway - Rules Request,” c/o Levelwear, 66 West Beaver Creek Road, L4B 1G5, Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada. Limit one (1) request per outer envelope. Rules requests must be received before the end of the Promotion Period.
16 WINNER LIST: To request a copy of the Promotion Winner list, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to “Levelwear Win Your Wishlist Giveaway - Winner List Request,” c/o Levelwear, 66 West Beaver Creek Road, L4B 1G5, Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada. Limit one (1) request per outer envelope. Requests for a copy of the Winner list must be received by April 30, 2026.
