2016 NBA Champions designate Levelwear as “Proud Partner”

TORONTO (October 17, 2017) — Levelwear, a premium sports athletic apparel brand, announced today it will become adesignated “Proud Partner” of the NBA’s Cleveland Cavaliers beginning in the 2017-18 season. The partnership will feature a multi-platform integration that further establishes Levelwear as a key player in the NBA licensing spectrum.

As part of the partnership, Levelwear will collaboratively work with the Cavaliers to support its initiatives within various Ohio communities. The partnership will feature numerous activations and apparel integrations across the entire organization including its minor league affiliates, the AHL Cleveland Monsters, AFL Cleveland Gladiators, and the Cavaliers NBA Gatorade League team, the Canton Charge. Levelwear will be seen activating at this year’s Community Fun Run, Canton Charge 5K race and the Cavaliers’ corporate outings.

To demonstrate Levelwear’s sport and licensing expertise, the partnership will include a retail sales integration of Levelwear premium products into the Cavaliers line of apparel, as well as customized designs and marketing support. Levelwear’s presence in Quicken Loans Arena will be amplified via Digital Sweepstakes and organized Giveaway Nights.

Levelwear will also become a “Proud Partner” of the Cavalier Girls — the team’s official dance team. The partnership aligns perfectly with the values and qualities of the Levelwear Verve Collection; offering an option for active women who desire premium fabrics, athletic styling, and function for every part of the day. The Levelwear brand will also be exposed on the “Humongotron” video board and stadium digital ribbons when Cavalier Girls are performing.

The Cavalier’s partnership adds another global platform for Levelwear to showcase its commitment and presence in the global sport economy. Levelwear currently holds licensing partnerships with some of the top global brands, including the NHL and NHLPA, NBA and NBPA, 75 US Colleges, Hockey Canada and various European Soccer properties.
