Order
Once you click “Pay Now”, your order is submitted and confirmed, and we will be unable to make any changes or cancellations. Please ensure all details of your order are correct before clicking “Pay Now”.

Shipping
When an order ships, Levelwear sends a shipping notification email that includes a link to the tracking number. Please click that link to the carrier's site. If you lost that shipping notification email, you may also enter your email address used to purchase here
At this time, we do not offer the option to pick-up.
We ship from our warehouse in Ontario, Canada.
Free ground shipping is offered to individual orders with a value of $100 or more, before taxes and shipping. Multiple smaller orders or past orders, even if they have not shipped, cannot be combined to get to $100 for free ground shipping.
At this time, we are unable to ship to PO boxes.
At this time, we are able to ship to the Continental US only.
At this time, we do not ship outside of the Canadian provinces. If you are shipping to Canada, please order from: ca.levelwear.com.
Miscellaneous
At this time, we do not have a physical store and only accept online orders.
We don't offer gift receipts but as long as the recipient has the order number as well as the email address used to place the order, we can help them should there be a need for a return or exchange. Please note that the standard return/exchange policy applies.
